That's a great poem. I envy its conciseness as mine tend to veer into epic form. Although I did write a two-liner once! I love the idea of "March roaring in like a lion"--it overturns the notions of rabbits and Easter eggs in favour of a more lustful and aggressive life-force, which I think is appropriate for the first month of spring. Comparable to a Green Man motif in many respects, I often think he has a lion-ish look about him, carrying as he does a mane of leaves. x
